If a gumpaste item has to be made as a custom order, it may take two to three weeks to get it to you. I would need to make sure it was dry enough to ship without damage, which can take a while in the more humid months. I will ship things as soon as I can, but please use the shipping times in each listing as the guideline.
If you're not afraid of putting gumpaste flowers together I can send you individual petals that you can wire together to make your own flowers. This can also reduce the risk of breakage in transit for certain flowers.
If you want to order a large number of items, let me know. I can probably get them in a single box and reduce the shipping charges, but I might need to set up a custom order for you.
I ship USPS, unless you want to pay actual shipping costs for a different method. At this point I'm just shipping gumpaste to the U.S. and Canada unless the item description says otherwise. Some gumpaste items can't be shipped out of the US because when they sit in customs they can soften up and lose their shape.
Depending on how much the item weighs, I'll be sending it first class or pirority. If you'd like to use an alternate shipping method I'll work with you if you let me know the details! I try to send everything the fastest way that's available depending on the cost.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE US CAN TAKE UP TO TWO MONTHS TO ARRIVE ONCE THEY'RE SHIPPED, DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY. I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER DELIVERY TIMES! If you'd like to upgrade your shipping to a faster method please contact me before placing the order. International shipping is very expensive and I ship everything first class international unless you want to pay for a shipping upgrade.
Packages that are returned to me by the post office for any reason other than the wrong amount of postage will be refunded minus the shipping cost and the transaction will be cancelled. I'll contact you to let you know so that you can repurchase with a corrected mailing address if that was the issue.
Molds can usually be shipped the first business day after the order is received, and sometimes on the same day if the order is placed before 9am EST.
Paper items, supplies, and paper items can usually be shipped by the next business day.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please be aware that gumpaste flowers are very fragile, and they are easily broken.
I can't accept returns on edible items, which include all fondant and gumpaste items and some supplies. I will package any breakables as carefully as possible, and will include instructions for repairs in case the post office decides to play soccer with your package during delivery. I hate broken gumpaste flowers as much as anyone, so the goal is to get everything to you in one piece...Gumpaste is very fragile, so some breakage may occur. Some flowers are more fragile than others, so I will include some extra petals if I think it might be necessary to make repairs. I use a combination of multiple types of packaging depending on what I'm packing in order to minimize the chance of damage.
If you do receive a package of gumpaste and there is a huge amount of damage (which is unlikely, but it can happen) let me know and I'll work with you to either ship more, or give instructions to help you with repairs.
Molds are custom made and can't be returned unless there's a defect that I didn't notice that affects the quality of the molded item. If you want to return an item you need to let me know within 48 hours of receiving it, and you'll need to pay for the return postage. If the molds are returned in original condition with the flaws that were described I will either send another mold or refund your payment minus the cost of postage. If the molds are returned with damage from misuse on your end (cuts, tearing, melted areas) no refunds will be issued.
Returns on other custom items are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the level of personalization.

If the post office takes longer to deliver the packages there's more risk of breakage...If you want to upgrade shipping to a faster method let me know before purchasing, and I'll figure out the cost for you. I will ship everything the fastest way that I can, and will try not to ship over a weekend if that means it will take longer in transit.

All import taxes involved with foreign orders are the buyer's responsibility. Any delays due to customs are totally out of my control, so be aware that your package might end up taking longer to deliver if it has to go through customs and plan accordingly.
